Today I was active again in my job search posting over thirty emails to the HRCD Job Bank listings for the last twenty-four hour period. I sent off a quick email to those employers informing them of this service and that my resume was here. I wrote to persuade being concise and to the point whilst giving a thank-you for their time. So far as I can tell once employers and job hunters start to use this site the possibilities are unlimited when it comes to assisting and finding the right job or employer. I don't believe there is another job search site that offers job seekers and employers as many features as these sites offer.
So to summarize you can post a classified add with global reach. You can upload (if I enable) things to the downloads area. You can post pictures of job descriptions in the gallery. People can sign the guest book. You can search though the active members in the members list to get contact information. You can actually post news to the front page. You can recommend Canada Job Search Career Work Wanted. You can write and read reviews. You can search this site for postings from other job search applicants or employers. You can write and read in the special industry related sections. You can see active stats of Canada Job Search Career Work Wanted. You can suggest and see a list of Topics that contribute to the site. You can see who the most active members are on the site. You can add links to the web links; if you would like a category added just say so. And you can post to the Job Forum. That barely scratches the surface. |
